What changes the price:
A homeowner needed a new supply laid from the meter to the front of the house. There were too many existing utilities in the ground to mole safely, so we dug the run by hand at 750mm deep. We brought the new pipe through an external duct box so the kitchen floor and units were not disturbed, then fitted a new stopcock, drain cock and non-return valve under the sink. All groundwork was reinstated and we issued a WIAPS certificate. Quoted price: £1,650.
